Dr. Ulric T. Hill is a seasoned organizational strategist and leadership expert with a unique dual-fluency in education and business. With over 20 years of experience in education leadership and more than a decade of corporate management experience, Dr. Hill bridges the critical gap between how talent is prepared in the classroom and how it performs in the boardroom.
Dr. Hill currently serves as a leader in the higher education sector, directing high-impact systems for institutional equity and growth. However, his expertise extends far beyond the campus. By combining his corporate background with his academic insights, Dr. Hill helps business leaders and educational administrators alike solve complex retention problems, navigate organizational change, and build inclusive cultures.
A former NCAA Division II athlete, Dr. Hill brings a performance mindset to his consulting. He has dedicated his career to mentoring individuals from first-generation college students to emerging corporate leaders, empowering them to overcome barriers and maximize their potential. His work reflects a steadfast commitment to fostering environments where innovation, equity, and leadership excellence thrive.
Dr. Hill holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Fayetteville State University, a Master of Science in Higher Education from Kaplan University, an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree, and a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership from Liberty University. Additionally, his Post-Graduate Certificate in Biblical Studies serves as the foundation for The 1-5 Collective’s philosophy of wisdom-based guidance.
